Google招聘流程-Hiring Committee之后

大家好，在招聘求职中，我已经通过了Google Hiring Committee review，但由于卡在了H1B名额，剩余的步骤要在明年才能继续，因此HR说还不能保证有Offer。我从网上找到的HC之后的步骤：
Hiring Committee ->Executive Review ->Compensation Committee ->Final Executive Review ->The Offer

请问大家，这些后续步骤中，我还有多大可能性挂掉？毕竟还有一年，如果风险很小，就罢了，如果风险大，我可能还得继续找一些别的机会。

未来的事情不好说，没人知道下面能发生什么事情。

我觉得如果跟google谈好了，你明年可以接着办理h1b，毕竟google招起人来，连海外的都考虑，没理由放弃你这种已经通过面试的。

可能唯一会导致你丢掉offer的情况就是下面google大幅度缩招，但是这个可能性不大。

建议跟google先说好，然后找其他事情作去，明年再联系吧，无论最终是什么样的结果，都不在你的掌控里。

呵呵，我多么希望也来分享经验，可惜好事多磨，还没拿到offer，要再折腾整整一年！就因为h1b!
