我们可以在10月1日之前transfer h1b (new h1b)吗？

I applied H1b for the first time this year.

我们可以在10月1日之前transfer h1b (new h1b)吗 if we have a new employer? Or we have to wait until Oct 2018 to transfer the h1b?

不可以，H1B生效以后拿到2-3个paycheck之后可以

不知道楼上二位在哪看的假消息。A new employer could petition for you even before the October 1 employment start day. Current H1B visa holders can transfer their visa and start work for a new employer as soon as an H1B transfer petition is 'submitted' to the USCIS by the new employer (sponsor company).
