我把我得到答案的问题共享下，求加分！！！
1.大概找多少人，录取比例？
1500申请每年，ms和phd一共大概150人，十分之一录取。
2.网站上写的要求托福口语24，我不够能申请吗？总分多少够用？
可以，但是不能给你TA，你可以申请RA。总分三个档次，不够79直接拒掉，不够103的要参加入学考试，不行的话还要上英语课！！！如下：
  Your total TOEFL score fits into the "Limited Status" range.  I have posted a link below to our Grad College website for more information on TOEFL requirements.  Students that are admitted with a TOEFL score in the "Limited Status" range, will need to take a EPT test once they arrive on campus.  This test will then provide information whether you need to take further ELS courses.

.--3.硕士有钱吗？TA RA之类的给不给？
口语不到24一律不给，不管申请MS还是phd。硕士不保证有钱，我觉得是没有的意思。专业硕士MCS肯定没有钱。如下
If you meet the other qualifications that we post on our website, you can apply.  If you are interested in the PhD program, you would not be eligible for a TA position, in the State of Illinois, without a passing speak score.  Other types of financial assistance are provided, but it will depend on availability and your qualifications.  We do not guarantee funding for MS students and we do not provide funding for MCS students.
4.MS和Phd能同时申吗？
. 1point 3acres 不能。如下
You would not be able to re-apply again for that same term for a MS degree.
5.PhD拒了能被MS AD录取吗？
maybe，但是以前没这样干过。如下：
If the admission committee believes you would be a better fit for the MS program, they have the option of making that decision at the time of review.  It is not an automatic guarantee and we do not see that happening too often.
6.Phd 的奖学金怎么评判？
If the admission committee wants to admit you to the PhD program, they will make the determination which faculty member will provide you an RA.  If a RA is not available, then they will consider you for a Fellowship.  Most of our PhD students receive financial assistance, but it will be decided by the committee.

可是系上明明说 the department does not require international applicants to submit the financial documents or passport information at the time of application.
