收到neu的群发email，是被列入waiting list吗？

The purpose of this email is to inform you that it will take a bit longer until you receive your official decision letter from the Graduate School of Engineering. But please do not worry. We have not forgotten about you. Your continued interest and patience is greatly appreciated!

If you submitted your application and it was complete (committee review status) by February 15, we expect that you will receive your decision by May 1. Many applicants will receive their decision sooner than this.

In explanation, note that during this year's admissions cycle we received a record number of applications from highly qualified candidates. Our faculty admissions committees are working hard on their reviews, and on the funding consideration process.

写名字跟是不是群发没关系的呀

三月底發了一波，工科好像都會收到，至少我看到不只我申的項目有收到，應該是群發的
