楼主啊 我昨儿刚把材料寄到教育部
发现WES上document requirements有这么一段
意思是我们要寄什么东西去WES么自己

Please submit an application before your documents are scheduled to arrive at WES. Without an application on file, WES will be unable to process your academic records or confirm that they have been received.

应该是让你先提交网申

之前看官网都不记得看到过啊。。。哥大需要？

之前申哥大的一个学长没有弄也申到了，当时官网有提要找4.0制的分数转换机构，具体的你最好自己看看去吧

.--恩恩，有些学院可能不用的，我一个学长提交EE的也没有遇到这个要求，不过你在仔细看看那个transcripts那里
