Cornell 小米关于international transcript的回复

我问的问题是：
My college can provide me with the offical transcripts, diploma and degree certificate in both Chinese and English. There will be Dean's signature and offical seals on them. Will this kind of transcripts meet your requirement of "certified" English translation? Or they have to be certified by other authorities in USA?

小米（information science系）回答：
During the admissions process we require only unofficial transcripts, meaning that you must open sealed envelopes and scan them into the system. We will only require hard copies from admitted students.

请问，这种不要求邮寄纸质成绩单的，一般说来就不用邮寄任何材料了是吗？另外，前阵看到说Cornell卡AW 5.0（http://www.1point3acres.com/bbs/thread-41355-1-1.html），这个消息不知属实不呀？？

我也还没有寄这家材料。。是不是这家啥都不用寄，只是录取再寄成绩单。求证实。

针对啥专业的啊？
