Ph.D. Positions (全奖) at Missouri University of Science and Technology

We have several immediate Research Assistantship (RA) positions available starting from Fall 2018/Spring 2019 at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla). We are recruiting highly motivated students with strong research interests to pursue Ph.D. degree in the areas of multiscale/multiphysics modeling, materials processing, and laser-based manufacturing. Students with theoretical and/or experimental backgrounds and interested in one or more of the following areas: solid mechanics, micromechanics, numerical modeling (FEM, molecular dynamics simulations, ab initio calculations, dislocation dynamics, or phase field simulations), materials processing (machining and laser processing), and laser based manufacturing (additive manufacturing) are strongly encouraged to apply for the Ph.D. program in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology.
