Vanderbilt广告贴-求问有没有了解CPS和RRR项目的？

本专业Cyber Security 申请Vandy cs很早就被拒绝了，今天收到广告贴，有没有了解的小伙伴告知一下，这是什么项目？说只要发个邮件就帮我转申请。。。
Thank you for applying to one of the Master of Science graduate programs in the School of Engineering. I want to let you know that we have two Master of Engineering programs that are still accepting applications and that may be of interest to you. They are Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Risk, Reliability and Resilience (RRR). The deadline for application to these programs is June 15.

cs被拒然后推荐去的，发了offer，现在很犹豫要不要去
