关于OSU Chem 的托福要求

OSU 的Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry PhD program的托福要求如下：
The minimum total TOEFL score requirement for applying is 79 on the Internet-based test and 513 on the paper-based test.  Applicants who score 20 or higher on the speaking section of the Internet-Based TOEFL will be most competitive.  Our program does not accept IELTS or MELAB scores.

我有一个87/20 和 98/19 请问寄哪一个分会比较好了？ 有没有人申请过OSU 或者咨询过小米（我问了小米，小米不回我）
