要面试Odoo business analyst求帮助---

这是第一次发帖，如果写的不好格式太乱别介意
本人12月17年毕业一直坎坎坷坷，没什么面试，基本都是电面，死了也不知道为什么死了
终于接到了Odoo的电面，紧张的准备后拿到了Onsite interview,没有任何BA onsite面试经验，
所以特来田里找大牛指导指导，这个BA不像大部分BA分析数据，给自己公司做分析
个人觉得必须PM方向，Odoo做可客制化CRM和ERP,所以这个职位比较像客户方向的BA,

Responsibilities

• Take part in the functional consulting services we provide to our partners and customers in the North and South American markets. This role focuses on getting the platform of apps set up for a client that might not have the time or resources to implement a new system on their own.
  
• Analyze customers operations, needs, and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo software services.
  
• Quantify resources required for a task/project. You can create systems which are then used by clients that want a product they love.
  
• Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to "go-live" and after as they grow (you hold onto your clients even if they are not active with hours or without).
  
• Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual sessions in a way that best helps clients manage their own open-s
