Sunnyvale 独立卧室卫生间出租（带车库车位），七月中旬起租（可商量），一直到明年四月，之后可以和房东续租。整个房子是 3BR/3BA 和一个额外的地下室房间，在 Sunnyvale 的 Central Expressway 旁边，交通便利。房租 1625 每月，预付一个月押金。两名室友都是 Google 程序员（男生），作息规律安静，也非常好相处。

Spacious private bedroom & bathroom starting mid-July. Exact move-in date is negotiable. Need to rent till April 2019. After that, you could extend the lease with the landlord.

The house has 3BR/3BA + bonus room, conveniently located in Sunnyvale close to Central Expressway. 7 minutes walk to GBus stop. You’ll also get a garage parking spot.

You’ll be sharing the house with two other males. Both working as software engineers at Google. Quiet & easy-going. So please no loud music, keep to yourself, no parties and no heavy cooking.

Rent is $1625 per month, with a one-time $1625 safety deposit. Water, garbage, and HOA included! You would have to split PG&E and Internet with the other two roommates. Lease till April 2019. Extendable with the landlord. Pets ok. No section 8. No smoking.

Also comes with my current furniture (all of them newly bought from Ikea half a year ago): desk, drawer dresser, bed frame + mattress. All of them bundled for $700.
