老checkee总结一下administrative processing

楼主您好，我11月19号签 20号交的材料（全是技术方面），结果现在周围人全部出来了，只有我连一次update都没有，请问这种是怎样的情况？有没有一种比较有效的方法联系到使馆，了解这个case到底有没有在办，是不是在正常的轨道上。

我给support和ciubeijing两个邮箱写过。support完全没有人类回复，一概是自动回复说60天以下不让询问。ciubeijing在发了几次自动回复之后，回了一句“签证时间没有保证”之后就再也不理我了。接下来如果催签，应该从哪里催比较好？催太急会不会有概率遇到小气的工作人员，故意给我慢一点？

这个是模板回复，你这个催的有点急了。一般来说AP处理发到华盛顿请求SAOs的至少3周才会有返回，请耐心等 ...

你是否借出护照了？如果借出护照是会给你发邮件让你寄回护照。

建议咨询律师。

即使你丢了目前工作，应该可以凭approve的H1B批文找下家并transfer。

如果申请延迟到下学期入学，这次的visa还有效吗？

会处理，可能时长会比较长，因为当班人数变少。

另外就是工签身份不要轻易离开美国，除非老板接受remote工作较长时间的。
不确定太大，美国政府办事效率非常低。会把人搞奔溃

楼主啊，请为我指条明路吧。。。我的case已经快8个月了！8个多月，你没看错！没有任何update，当天要了简历H1b复印件后就没有要过其他材料了。还好大公司不怎么管，而且老板同意我workfromhome，所以才继续留着我。。。另外，公司的律师，参议员全问过了，一律回复还在AP。我本人phd是航空工程，比较敏感，但是现在工作是工程师，跟航空没关系。我是百分百掉黑洞里了，该怎么出去啊。。。

为这个case是不是要至少2个月啊？还是模板回复. 12 月 4 号，正好21天
