请问GATECH的BUZZPORT ACCOUNT何时可以激活？？

如题，GATECH的ECE是12.1截止的，我在昨天才刚刚提交，然后发现有一个我有一个GT ID，GT的ADMISSION网页是这么说的：

Please DO NOT wait to activate your account -- DO IT NOW -- THIS IS CRITICAL! Please follow the steps below.

• Step 1: Click here to look up your GT ID number. When looking up your GT ID number, please enter your first name, last name and birthdate only. Please keep your GT ID number in a safe location as this ID will be used to identify you throughout the admissions process.
• Step 2: Once you have accessed your GT ID number, please go to this page to activate your GT account and view your GT Account Username and Password. Please keep this information in a safe location as you will use your Username and Password to access your Buzzport account.
• Step 3: Use your GT Account and Password to login to Buzzport.
• Step 4: Select the Grad Applicant Tab and click the Application Status Check icon to verify your personal information, track receipt of your documents and test scores, and view your application status. Georgia Residency status is subject to change pending a review of your eligiblity. Please watch this item carefully in status checking for updates
  
  
  这个ACCOUNT是用来审查申请状态的，结果我遇到一个问题我上网搜了都没有别人问过，我输入GT ID去将我的INACTIVE ACCOUNT准备激活，但是GT说NO MATCHING INACTIVE ACCOUNT，请问是否是因为我刚刚提交网申，校方还没有处理所以没有我的INACTIVE ACCOUNT，还是因为早就该ACTIVATE但是我没有，昨天提交的时候几乎已经到了截止日期所以太晚了不能ACTIVATE了，有人遇到过这个问题吗?求解答啊
