information studies的小米carol不愿意帮助人。

我写这个是想说申请的时候系里小米对我是否帮助其实蛮影响我的判断的，否则过去了，还要总和小米打交道。你有事着急，她不理不睬不同情的，很郁闷的，本来一个人在国外就挺不容易了。
我申请UTAustin时候，成绩单找不到地方upload,因为没有链接在MyStatus 的TO DO里面。后来打电话让GIAC那边更新了，链接才出现。
我就想吐槽一下，其实有些小米挺好的，比方说我在UCRiverside研究生时候的小米，还帮忙我要推荐信，有什么事情都尽量帮助。还有今年申请UTAustin ORIE的这个小米，说：“I was able to see it just fine once I clicked on the ORIE application. Both of your transcripts were listed as part of the 5 things you still need to do（因为这时候我已经打电话让GIAC更新完毕了）. I have included a screen shot of what I see below. Let me know if you are still having problems. If you are truly unable to upload the transcripts, then I can try to do so for you. Thanks。” 但是相比之下，UTAustin的这个information studies的叫Carol（真不好意思，我把她名字说出来了），不但不帮忙，先前还说：“other perspective students do not have any such problems”来嘲笑我，弄得我以为自己真的那么2.后来我提供了screen shot的截图，她发现我真有问题，就说：“I was unable to assist you. Please contact GIAC”呵~你倒是推得一干二净。
于是我就果断不愿意去Information Studies这个系了。反正也不是那么喜欢这个方向，图书馆学比较强的information studies系。
