H1B Policy in ICC?

Prerequisites for H1B CAP process
1.        All documents requested for by the Immigration Team at Beverage, Inc. or the attorney’s office must be provided. If for any reason, a document cannot be provided, please let us know immediately.
2.        If you are working from multiple locations i.e., different office buildings of the client, please mention all the locations that you are working from in the Initial information petition and in the questionnaire from the attorney’s office. As this might affect your H1B petition should you be moved to a different building and we file the LCA on a different building at the time of requesting the Client Letter.
3.        It is strongly recommended that you DO NOT change projects while your H1B CAP petition is under adjudication. Changing projects will completely nullify your chances of getting an approval on your H1B CAP petition.
4.        If for any reason, you have to change projects your H-1B petition is under adjudication, your petition will be withdrawn

Working of USCIS on H1B CAP Petitions
1.        As per new rules of USCIS, The Scrutinizers have the power to issue RFE on your Petition, even if they want a minor information. So, we may not assure you a direct approval.
2.        USCIS has the complete discretion of Approving or Denying the H-1B petitions.
3.        USCIS may issue several types of RFE’s on H-1B petitions to get more information. After we respond to the RFE’s, USCIS still can issue another RFE or deny the Petition.
4.        The H-1B CAP Petition would be affected, if End Client Letter and Vendor Letters are not available. To make sure that you will get the letters, you should continue on the same project till we get an approval on your H1B Petition.
5.        If for any reason a client letter cannot be issued by the client, Beverage will not be filing your H1B case, as USCIS will reject the H1B petition filed without any RFE if Client Letter is not available.
6.        USCIS may issue various types of RFE’s on Various Cases. Based on the criticality of the RFE we will respond to the RFE’s in a timely manner. Approval or denial of the petition solely lies with the USCIS and Beverage (Employer) or the attorney’s office DO NOT have a say in it.

Filing of H1B Petitions
1.        Filing of a H-1B CAP Petition completely lies with Employer’s Wish and Will. Employee/Beneficiary has no right to question the Employer’s Will. Employer may drop any Petition with or without giving any notice to the Employee/Beneficiary.
2.        Should you change projects or come out of a project for any reason, after we submit your H-1B petition for the lottery in the CAP (i.e., before we get an approval of your H-1B), Beverage will withdraw your H-1B petition should it be picked in the lottery.
3.        Beverage will share all the documents that can be shared with respect to your H1B petition. Any documents that are confidential in nature will NOT be shared with the employee/beneficiary as per company policy.
4.        The beneficiary/employee acknowledges that Beverage will have the final say in the choice of attorney’s for the purpose of any immigration related activities. Beverage will not work with other attorney offices apart from the ones that Beverage is already working with for a particular case and the beneficiary/employee will abide by this at all times.

不是同一家，但是条款相似。都是说中途不能换项目，不知道这是什么风向

H-1B如果你在Client处工作，是不能中途换项目的，因为你提交的H-1B申请里包含了Client的信息，其中SOW，Client Letter以及Itinerary of Services决定了这份工作的Availability，如果换了Client，这些东西就都无效了。

可是今年其他ICC 申请签证的时候，不管换不换项目都可以申请， 那他们是怎么申请下来的？
如果真按照这个趋势的话，RFE 要一年的时间，那就要保证在项目至少12个月不换客户，这样的话能满足条件的人就真的没多少了吧。
不知道今年这个是不是所有ICC的新规

不是的，有些公司三个月续约一次，半年续约一次算好的，一年续约一次的应该算金牌客户了吧。。。
12月不换客户是因为一换客户，如果下个合约是3个月的，正好赶不上4月抽签吧。。而且换客户花时间。所以12月换客户就不能怪别人了，因为没在项目上赶不上4月交材料只能怪自己。但是现在是，rfe时间太长，如果项目8月份终止，换项目很容易啊，但是一换项目h1b就withdraw，感觉这个不能全怪自己，毕竟在干活被剥削却拿不到自己应该拿到的。可是如果不同意icc的这份协议，根本就不帮忙抽签，那就是逼着自己跳槽走人交违约金了。

那大概是你看到的都是一年約的
我多數看到都是六個月+可能延長 這種合約
