1. 我现在大概300个citation，但是其中大概230个都是一个二作的paper，这样会不会有影响能不能申到eb1?

这个是会有影响的，为了避免rfe，律师应该会让你准备一个证明信，由那篇文章的一作或者通讯作者出具，来证明你在那篇文章中的贡献。

另外，引用数目主要是看独立引用。

还有，现在tsc和nsc标准不太一样，你要看你在哪个区。

另外，现在eb1也很慢，提交了140以后，你还是需要申请opt，以及opt extension或者renew f1签证，这个会有风险，因为提交了140就证明你有移民倾向。我问过律师，律师也是只能说可能有影响，没法保证。

2. 老婆过来跟我一起申请绿卡的话，是会同时批下来吗？还是说让她用一个h4+ead这样的工作比较好？

eb1现在从140提交到485排到，大概也要两年时间。你可以在提交485的时候把她加上就行了。

3. 老婆（即将）有个j1的两年服务期，到时候应该还会有一年没服务完。申请绿卡的时候可以同时申豁免嘛？

需要豁免。

4. 老婆是党员，这个会不会有影响？如何避免？

有影响，需要出具证明以及豁免。

同求问一下

《中国共产党章程》第九条规定：党员如果没有正当理由，连续六个月不参加党的组织生活，或不交纳党费，或不做党所分配的工作，就被认为是自行脱党。支部大会应当决定把这样的党员除名，并报上级党组织批准。

是不是不交党费就可以直接自动退党了？还是需要再提交什么申请或者办理什么手续？

我问过律师，律师原话是：

If you file I-140 while you are holding F1-OPT status, in case you need to apply for OPT-STEM in the future, please be advised that you may have an issue getting OPT-STEM after filing your I-140 because the filing of an I-140 demonstrates immigrant intent to a degree. Your university has the discretion whether to extend your I-20 for OPT-STEM after you file your I-140. We recommend that you consult your international office to see if the extension of I-20 will be approved after you have filed your I-140. Most universities are willing to do so. After the university approves the extension of I-20 for your OPT-STEM, you need to get an EAD from USCIS and there is some risk of the EAD being rejected because of your demonstrated immigrant intent. However, from our experience, the risk is not high. Once you file an I-485, you will not be eligible for OPT-STEM.

是需要给美国这边提供一个豁免，具体可以咨询一下办过的人。国内是不会给你出具任何退党证明的。。。。
