【紧急求助】网申成绩单填写里的text(s)是什么意思？

不知道为什么传不了图……
今天在网申WUSTL，在Course History步骤中，要填相关课程成绩，但它每个课程下面都有一个"text(s)"的框和一个"Credits"的框，而且都是必填项；前面导言说“List all courses you have taken in your major area of study for the course types listed. For Grades Received, please enter the letter grade or pass/fail as recorded by the institution.",说明要填成绩，但是credits明显指的是学分，那个text(s)是什么意思？
