网申问题，求大神指点！

我申的华盛顿大学（西雅图）的教育学，的申请系统中College of Education Scholarship Information页面让提交文件，这个要写什么啊？以前没碰到过........手机不能传照片，复制如下：

To be considered for need-based scholarships, students must complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). International students who have a Social Security number should submit the FAFSA form per the above instructions. International students who do not have a Social Security number must wait to have financial need evaluated until after their scholarship applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee.
