人不在美国，如果申请H1B,在H1B生效之前可以用B1/B2去美国工作吗？

尽管我也问了面试的公司，但是还是下这里问一下，感觉那个猎头不怎么专业。我现在面试弯曲的pure storage公司，由于我现在在加拿大，不能去美国直接工作，打算让我面试加拿大的职位。但是我感觉加拿大的职位和我不匹配。我跟他们提出可以申请H1b,生效之前，我可以用我的b1/b2去美国工作半年。猎头说他要跟律师核实一下。请问地里有这样操作过的吗？

B-1 Temporary Business Visitor
You may be eligible for a B-1 visa if you will be participating in business activities of a commercial or professional nature in the United States, including, but not limited to:

Consulting with business associates
Traveling for a scientific, educational, professional or business convention, or a conference on specific dates

Negotiating a contract
Participating in short-term training
Transiting through the United States: certain persons may transit the United States with a B-1 visa
Deadheading: certain air crewmen may enter the United States as deadhead crew with a B-1 visa
Eligibility Criteria
You must demonstrate the following in order to be eligible to obtain a B-1 visa:

The purpose of your trip is to enter the United States for business of a legitimate nature
You plan to remain for a specific limited period of time
You have the funds to cover the expenses of the trip and your stay in the United States
You have a residence outside the United States in which you have no intention of abandoning, as well as other binding ties which will ensure your return abroad at the end of the visit
You are otherwise admissible to the United States

感觉很难。H3是training visa, 明确说明只能培训，不能employment，除非公司和律师愿意冒险帮你申请这个签证。这个签证要求还是挺多的，需要有有明确的教学方案，书籍或其他学习材料等等。培训的目的是促进受培训者掌握和其居住国工作有直接联系的某种知识，技能和技术。而且所参加的培训项目必须为申请人所在国无法提供。当然，如果公司愿意，也许可以。

B1的商务签证也是不能工作的，可以培训或者开会，但是不能工作。

最初半年当作training,雇佣关系弄在加拿大。这样法理上没事吧？

B1的商务签证也是不能工作的，可以培训或者开会，但是不能工作。
