We suggest that you consider applying to the Master’s in Telecommunications Program (ENTS) to pursue a cross-disciplinary, industry-focused degree.  The MS in Telecom prepares students for the broad range of rigors and issues that encompass the dynamic telecommunications industry.  To find out more, please visit www.telecom.umd.edu.   You will be contacted shortly by the ENTS Program Office with some additional information and instructions.

嗯，估计确实是，我看了下UMD的被拒帖子基本都是这。。。

楼主是申的硕士还是博士啊

能麻烦楼主移步汇报比较版块，补充上自己的背景然后报一个rej么
不仅会有大米，而且对将来申请的同学也会有点参考价值
