Waiting list转正的希望有多大？

Sorry for the late reply.  Thank you for your continued interest in my lab.  At this time, we as a department have not recommended you for admission to the graduate college.  There will be another request from the graduate college after we see the response from the admitted students.  I wish you the best as you pursue your PhD.我给教授发邮件大概两天后他给我回复的，这是不是说我在waiting list上面，转正的机会有多大呢？面试表现太烂了
