OPT不用需要办理更名吗

我现在就是不知道要不要去办，因为是不打算用这个OPT了，但又担心影响以后

您好， 您说官网上有个选项是选择typing error，是在I-765表里吗？还是另外有个表，报歉我没找到在哪里

你有ssn吗？有的话暂时别管了。我以前自己把生日填错了。申请不到ssn，自己写信给uscis，附上visa，再写信 ...

还有请问需要重新寄照片吗？

Google Search "Typing Error U.SCIS", it is the first one. You need to mail the original EAD Card, the prof of your correct information (VISA), a new correct I-765 form, a letter of the statement to explain what happen. Recommend saying typing error rather than your mistake, or you need to prepare a personal check/money order.

非常感谢，请问新的I-765是只把错误信息改正呢，还是要更新别的内容？比如说，你以前填过I-765吗？上次当然是头一次填，这次要选以前填过吗？

Correct all the information and choose previous have (it requires you to specify your previous EAD Start-End-Date, that does not matter since your correct EAD Card should be the same date. By the way it shoud ask you whether it is approved or not, just answer as the fact.). In your statement letter explain everything. That does not matter.

By the way, DO NOT MAIL all you files until you get response from U.SCIS. Submit your request online first (Call them at the same time). Wait until you receive an email / a mail which instructs you to mail all you staff to THE ADDRESS.

Previously I mailed everything without receiving the email, The result was I mailed to the address where showing online(typical the one everybody sends his application ), but the email I received later asked me to send all my staff to another totally different address (I think it should be the place produce the card). Then I had to continously call U.SCIS to let them know. Finally they said they will help me to transfer all the file to the right place, which delayed my case another month......

请问您的e-request什么时候有回音的呢？我打USCIS的电话总是打不通。
