生活场景多种表达

哑巴英语要开口，翻来覆去总是那么几个简单句，要不就不知不觉说成大从句。尤其平时对话，好尴尬有没有😓
最近参加一个口语课，学习怎么表达自己的想法，还有一个意思的多种表达，总有一款适合你，哈哈
现分享自己的笔记，与大家共同进步。如果大家喜欢就连载下去，希望多多鼓励！

一、睡得怎么样
      Q: How'd you sleep? / (Did you) sleep well? / How was your night?
      A: Slept like a log! / Slept like a baby. /Never slept better.
      其它：
       I never heard the stom last night. I must have slept through it.
       Someone who sleeps so soundly and peacefully that I have to check her pulse sometimes.

二、be just in time for sth / to do sth. 正好赶上（去做）某事
      You are just in time for breakfast.
      I arrived just in time for my flight to London.
      We ran all the way to the corner just in time to see the bus disappearing up the street.

三、胃口好
      have a good/healthy appetite
      have/get a hearty/ravenous appetite
      上述表达，也可以用复数形式，如：have good appetites

四、胃口不好
      I seem to have lost my appetite lately.
      I suffer from headaches and loss of appetite.
      I haven't got much of an appetite.

五、很饿
      I'm so hungry that I could eat a horse.
      I am famished.
      I'm starving.

六、make sb. breakfast/lunch/dinner 为某人做饭
      He made me a bob-wich. 他给我做了个私房三明治。

七、老样子
      Same old.
      The/My usual.

Lesson 4 - Contacting With The Agent

一、be interested in sth. / doing sth. 对(做)某事感兴趣
      I’m interested in what’s in your head.

二、表达想法/偏好
      1）have sth. in mind 有……想法
            I have something else in mind.
      2）have preference in sth. 对某物有偏好
            Do you have any preference in location?
      3）would like sth.
            What area would you like to buy your house?

三、关于……/就某方面来说/就……而言
      1）as for…
            As for my sleep, it’s been a bit restless lately. 关于我的睡眠，最近我睡得不太好。
      2）in terms of …
            Have you thought about what your needs are in terms of size?

四、be top of one’s list 某人的首选

五、 be open to suggestions 接受建议

六、询问意见
      I’d like your opinion on sth. 我想听你关于某事的意见
      I’m here to seek your advice. 我想寻求您的指引。
      What would you do if you were me? 如果换作你，你会怎么做？
      What are your thoughts on sth? 你对……有何见解？
      have you thought about sth. 你想过某事吗？
      What about sth.?

七、something + adj. ……样的东西
      Something cozy.  舒适的房子
      There’s something sharp in my shoe.

八、be located in … 坐落于……，位于……

九、it would be better if … 如果……就更好了

十、for sale 出售，等待出售
      on sale 打折出售

十一、 sth. looks + adj. + to sb. 某人觉得某物怎么样
      It looks pretty solid to me.

十二、sth. be held up by sth. 某物由……组成
      It’s mostly held up by beehives. 空有其表而已。

十三、cropped T-shirt 剪裁不规则的衬衣

Lesson 6 - Payment

一、after much discussion 经过反复讨论

二、决定做某事
      sb. have/has decided to do sth. 尤指仔细考虑后决定做某事
      sb. have/has determined to do sth. 侧重强调某人下定决心一定要达成某事，语气比decide更强

三、非常好的
      be the bee’s knees 出类拔萃的人/物
      be the cat’s whisker 出类拔萃的人/物
      be top-notch 一流的，顶尖的
      be the bomb 非常棒

四、有没有（可能）……？能不能……？、
      Is there any possibility of (doing) sth?
      Is there any possibility + (that) … ?

五、sort of 某种程度上

六、询问能否打折
      Is there any sort of discount?
      Can I get a discount on sth?
      Is there any possibility of discount?

六、出价买了……
      make an offer on sth.
      put in an offer on sth.

七、贷款相关
      1）请求/申请贷款
            ask/apply for a loan
            take out a loan
      2）down payment 首付款
            make/put a down payment on sth.
      3）installment分期付款
            pay for sth. by/in installment

八、get sth. ready 把……准备好

九、Excuse me a moment, I’ll be with you shortly. 抱歉，失陪一会儿，我马上就回来。

十、Third time I hope is a charm. 希望第三次能有好结果。

十一、get started 开始

Lesson 7 - Asking Information About Loans

一、买得起
       1) afford sth. (on one’s salary)
       2) afford to buy sth.

二、计算，弄懂，弄明白
       1) figure out
       2) work out

三、收入
       1) annual salary
       2) monthly salary
       3) I get an extra + 钱数        我有额外……的收入
       4) earn the big bucks        挣大钱
       5) I stand to make + 钱数        我赚了……
       6) make some serious money        赚了不少钱

四、询问收入
       1) What does a/an + 职业 + make in a year?
       2) How much do you make?

五、in … shape
       1) be in good/great shape        情况好，健康状况好
           You are in good shape.        你的经济情况很好
           How are you feeling now? I’m in great shape.
       2) be in bad/no shape 状况不好
           You’re in no shape to drive.        你根本没法开车。

六、leave/put sth. in order 使有条理，把……整理得井井有条

七、give or take 相差不到，出入至多
       The house is around $700,000 give or take.

八、in sb’s neme / in the name of sb.        以某人的名义，在某人名下

九、the head of household        户主

一、叫起床
      wake up / get up / get out of bed / Rise and shine.

二、拉窗帘
       open / close / draw the curtains
       pull/leave the curtains open / closed

三、sth. + be动词 + getting + adj. 变得
       强调某样东西从一种状态逐渐变为另外一种状态的过程

四、wait on sb./sth. 等待某人/某事
       wait on sb. （餐厅服务员）为某人服务
       wait on tables 上菜

五、just let me do sth. 就让我做某事吧
      Just let me sleep / know / go

六、be done with sth. 做完某事

Lesson 3 - Buying A House

一、描述房子
      open floor plan
      great curb appeal 外观吸引人
      school district houses / housing 学区房
      move-in ready 拎包入住

二、take sth. into account / take into account sth. 考虑某事
      take account of sth. 考虑到……
      take no account of sth. 没有考虑到……

三、all in all 总之，总的来说

四、hold out for … 为了……坚持住
      I want to hold out for  a better offer.

五、a step-up from sth. 对比某物有一个提升

六、a bit of an adjustment 还在适应中

七、It’s everything I’ve been looking for. 这就是我一直以来要找的。

八、bring out 使显现
      bring out the worst in sb. 使某人坏的一面显现出来
      bring out a lovely color in sb. 使某人很高兴/兴奋

九、be the best choice 是最好的选择

我觉得就几句最简单的话没有什么问题啊，我不喜欢变来变去，反而感觉听不懂，或者是感觉你一直在讲冷笑话，很尴尬
