F1 CS Master 续签 被Check 接到电话补充 政府出具的出入境记录

  上个月26号在北京面签，需要补充 简历还有 study plan，但是今天莫名其妙的接到大使馆的电话说 需要补充出入境记录还有护照首页,因为当时护照留在了哪里 我就解释说明之后再次接到电话让我补交政府出具的出入境记录 然后自己还得写word文件 去说明这些年的出入境记录时间？因为在美国本科加硕士 ， 这几年基本年年回国，是不是DS-160上没有填写明白？
请问小伙伴有没有遇到这个问题？

我感觉是不是过中国海关一直用自助通道，护照上面没有入镜的盖章……

不知道为什么不能回复， 我没有收到邮件，打电话给我说只是让我补交资料，也没有问我问题 只是提交政府开具的出入境记录

这是ds5535，楼主可以搜一搜地里其他的帖子。我CS Master F1首签check也遇到了，之后收到了这样的邮件：
Thank you for your time to read this email. However, in order to facilitate your visa application we request the following information:



1.   Your travel history over the last 15 years, including source of funding for travel;



2.   The names and dates of birth of any siblings; children; current and former spouses/civil or domestic partners;



3.   The addresses during the last 15 years, if different from your current address;



4.  Your phone numbers and email addresses used during the last five years;



5.   Your prior passport numbers and country of issuance;



6.   Your prior occupation(s) and employers (plus a brief description if applicable) looking back 15 years;



7.   Public-facing social media platforms and identifiers/handles used during the last five years.  This includes any websites or applications you have used to create or share content (photos, videos, status updates, etc.) as part of a public profile.



Please reply this email and forward the English supplementary document (as an attachment in docx. format, the attachment should be less than 2 MB.) to this office as soon as possible, in order for us to continue to process your visa application.



The email subject should be your name and your passport number. Thanks!

你DS-160是不是没写啊？出入境记录的话，DS-160最好还是和护照上的记录保持一致吧。

你带好身份证去户籍所在地的出入境办证大厅柜台上要求打印出入境记录加盖章。不要自助查询打印，因为那个是电子印章。我也被要求过提供出入境记录
