我的毕业租房受骗经历，发出来让大家小心，防止相同的事情再次发生

最近在ghc群里面又看到了私下交易受骗的事情， 感觉是时候说说我的故事了。希望通过我的教训能够让大家减少受到诈骗的可能性。那是一个风和日丽的下午，不对，悲剧不应该这样开头。
那是一个普通的日子，经过半年多的找工作，我终于找到了一份安身立命的场所。学校的学习生涯终于结束，我迫不及待的在公司周围开始找工作的，用的是craigslist,在公司周围搜索适合的房源。总共搜了大概4，5套房源，看了图片感觉不错而且离公司也不远。一切都是这么的顺利，那周末就去看了大概3间单间。挑了一家最合适的，准备第二天过来付钱搬房子。
如果情况就是这样进行下去，我就没有必要写文章了。
这时候我发邮件去询问价格的一个房东回邮件了，我的找房过程发生了转折。

他要求我通过个人邮件联系，没毛病。
我看过他家的房子，从图片上来看，是既近又方便，真是好啊。大家不要说我贪图便宜，谁不想租的便宜些呢？
就这样，这个自称威廉的人开始了他的表演。

I'm a missionary, I got transferred to Nebraska, to serve God and humanity. I work with SOS Children's Healthcare here in Nebraska. I have no choice than to relocate and this is the reason why I want to rent out the units to someone who is going to take care of the place as if they own it. I will be here for long that is why am looking for a clean and responsible person to live in my apartment and also when i get back from my trip in the next Two Years, So i was advised to rent out the place because there is no one leaving there right now!! The apartment is located: 101 Albacore Ln, Foster City, CA 94404



The rent includes all utilities and close to all amenities. The place is available for immediate move in. We left behind some Facilities and electronics which include the rent: Its a spacious and lovely 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment with utilities included. The kitchen is well equipped.Utilities and Equipments: Kitchen well equipped(microwave oven, Dish washer, blender, Cocktail mixer, Sandwich maker, stove e.t.c), all utilities included such as Internet facilities,Parking space, e.t.c


Rental fees : $950 Per month including utilities
Damage deposit : $950 Refundable




The rent is made very affordable because I am seriously looking for a clean and reliable person to take care of the apartment. I am not after the money, what I am after is the welfare of my apartment. I will like you to drive by to the address today to view the exterior of the building for you to get a better view of the building and also see what the neighborhood looks like and get back to me so that I can forward you the full interior pictures to you to have an idea how beautiful and spacious the inside looks and we can proceed to the application form because you cannot go inside, the apartment is locked and i have the keys here with me in Nebraska

看到了吧，这简直就是骗子邮件的模板！第一段，开宗明义，讲明自己的情况：我是一个教徒，帮助儿童在其他的州，只求找一个真正爱护房子的人。租期长短皆可。第二段：具体介绍房子的情况， 总之是装备齐全价格公道。第三段：合情合理，说明现实的困难，不能够当面交房。
如果不是最后被骗，我觉得这文案可以作为中学生邮件作文的模板。我就想问我怎么能拒绝这样一个人租房子给我！肯定是上帝在保佑我。
于是我快速的回复给他，敲定了要他的房子，但是我的疑虑并没有打消，毕竟我是一个见过市面的人， 即使不能面见，也得不见兔子不撒鹰。但是和前面的房东说不要他的房子了。

The total cost for you to move into the apartment is $1,900. $950 for rent and $950 for the damage deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease if nothing is damaged in the apartment. 说得如此详细，我真是没有理由拒绝，附件还带了老两口的照片，真是相亲相爱的一家人呢。

我真是抑制不住内心的激动，想要搬进去住，但是等等，我还没有见过他们呢，我怎么保证这个房子就是他们的呢。于是我就发邮件去询问相关的情况，很快，他发给我他的房产证明：

等等，那包裹什么时候能到呢，没问题，房东给了详细的解答：

看到了没，包裹就在路上。
这时候我真的没有理由再怀疑，就将第一个月的房租打到了他的账上。就这样一个常在河边走的人终于湿了鞋。

事情到此告一段落，我交了钱就在家美美哒等房东邮寄的包裹。可是左等不来右等也不来，我就发短信问“房东”，“房东”说他咨询了律师，需要我再付一份保证金才能邮寄包裹，现已将包裹hold住了。这时候机智如我就发现情况有些不对了。。。。

我让他快点将包裹邮寄过来，得到了否定的回答。就直接去了银行要求reclaim我的交易。但是由于钱已经到对方的账户上了，所以在一个月的处理流程后失败了。

奇怪的是，当我发现他是骗子后，他的电话仍然能够打通，每一次都回复的很好，什么很快就会把钱还回来，不是行骗得手后就直接拉黑跑路么？
直到十天后我才发现其中缘由，他说可以给我退款了，会通过银行给我发一个验证码，需要我把验证码转发给他，尼玛！这是连环骗啊，想把我一坑到底。所以上当受骗的人更容易受到二次伤害。
等到银行没希望之后，我就跑到当地的警察局报案，但是警察问了几个问题之后就草草结束了。估计很难拿回我的钱了：（

我将我的故事写出来，除了警示大家租房要小心意外，也在想着是否有办法来解决这种问题呢？网络交易提供的信息都能造假，这让个人之间的交易困难重重。以前也碰到同学回国要兑换美元，结果被骗损失了好几千刀。这次看到ghc有人买票被骗更是深有同感，本来找工作就不容易，结果还有落井下石的。国内以前也是信用缺失，面对面也不敢交易，直到出现淘宝这样的第三方信用担保，才让商品全国范围内自由可靠的流通起来。我想了以下几个方法来解决，也是抛砖引玉。
1.        找第三方可信任作为中介，比如买卖双方都知道我的身份可靠，然后让买方将钱打到我的账上，然后让卖方发货。买方说收到满意，我就向卖方付款，交易完成。如果买卖双方对交易有异议，则钱不会退也不会达到卖方，而是进入调查环节，找出具体原因之后再做判断。如果买卖双方不能达成一致，则可报警处理，只要钱在我这，就不会有损失。
2.        因为买家有可能对我也不信任，那我在淘宝上有店，我上新一个商品，买家拍下来，再联系卖家发货。
大家有什么帮我追回房租的方法，可以给一些建议。 也希望提出一些建立信任的解决方案。希望世间少一些欺骗。

我是非常不建议上 craigslist 买车租房啥的 这网站现在全是骗子。

同意楼上，Craiglist 是很不靠谱， 租房买车尽量还是去正规网站。
另外，美国的房产拥有证明叫做 Deed 或者 Grand Deed。 没有 Certificate of Ownership 这样的东西。当然，楼主没有在美国买房的经历，没法事先知道。

最后，假如能够确认有这个人，住在这个地址，可以上小额法庭告他。不必请律师，费用也只有几十块。但要花时间，精力。

lz下次长个心眼吧……房产证明一般是出deed，那个certificate of ownership应该是网上模版做的。我在加州也算兜兜转转换过四五个（私人）房东了。好房子房东只会要求你见面然后聊天中旁敲侧击了解你各种信息，还怕你把他房子cao坏了。
另外lz报警了吗？
