At this time, however, no financial support has been identified for you.  If you are able to support yourself or if the department identifies support for you shortly, and if you plan on accepting a potential offer of admission, a positive admission decision may be possible.

We look forward to hearing from you shortly.  We expect to make a final decision by March 22 which will be communicated to you sometime thereafter by the Graduate School Office.

求安慰，为毛偶都没有学费减免，他家一年下雪那么久，又贵，不想去了，想法邮件问下能不能给学费减免下。。
