【反386】情况没有这么乐观，请大家坚持打电话

现在关于senator durbin的态度众说纷纭，今天有小伙伴收到了support all of us的邮件，说很可能下周一协议就将达成，希望大家抓紧行动起来！

We have been informed by our lobbyist that the ongoing negotiations between Senators Durbin and Lee might be close to an end; there will be an effort to bring it to an end as early as the beginning of next week. Senator Durbin has been under tremendous pressure and vicious attacks from S386 supporters and the big tech lobby. Unfortunately since there has not been enough support for the Relief Act yet, there is a chance that Senator Durbin lifts his hold on S386. 
We must call our Senators every day until the New Year break to support Senator Durbin and stop this from happening. We might have only one day, so please act immediately. 
1- Call your Senators and ask them to support RELIEF Act.

We need to have a unified message. Please call and say:
“Please support S. 2603, the Durbin-Leahy RELIEF Act. This bill is introduced to lessen the devastating impacts of the bill S.386 on high-skilled immigrants from all around the world during a five-year period.”

2- Call Senators from the list below and ask them to support Senator Durbin and RELIEF Act:

Update：Durbin确实现在在hold，也确实要谈判。但最终谈判的筹码 条件 是否最终达成一致的关键就在于我们输送民意。大家加油打电话，这并不是谣言，情况是变化的。

Support All of US 是有自己的lobbyist的，这个邮件是lobbyist放话，意图是让群众打电话给Durbin，而不是说真的完了，等死就好。

我们要用电话负隅顽抗，应该着重打给Durbin
