这个MM之前也很用心宣传反S386的，肯定是我们这边的。她说她前几天问的，不是关于具体deal内容，只是工作人员说Durbin妥协了肯定不会不声不响的。

Time for Durbin's colleagues to step up.

Sen. Mike Lee really wants to bring the bill up for a UC vote. But
@Sen_JoeManchin
has delayed this because Manchin wants to suspend all legislative business for an unrelated bill he wants passed.
So far, no UC vote is confirmed on the schedule.
