既然对cs感兴趣，去cs的项目然后找工作应该更好一些（8/12 months的可能有点短）

well, you just need to apply those who can sponsor you then. Its not hard, EY for example.

It is available to apply from China directly?? I just tried once and they did not respond me when I said I don’t have visa😐😐

You need to apply more than just one companies, some of my friends who are US citizens from great cs programs still applied to more than 50 jobs. Competition is though

楼下的那个机会挺好的…建议考虑，当然前提是人家要你

northeastern 在boston，做生信几乎是最好的地方，各种药厂，IT公司，肯定比纽约好，不比湾区差…湾区纽约你只能考虑（并且不一定拿得到）SJSU，Buffalo之类的

西北也是老牌名校机会多得多，和broad institute，whitehead，HMS，MGH等合作很多，西北的生信普通情况下你是录取不了的

你也可以考虑先进项目，之后可以换老板或者co-advisor.
