想问一下，ciubeijing@state.gov 和 support-china@ustraveldocs.com，这两个邮箱功能是一样的么？还是各有不同的作用呢？
我前两天在大使馆网站上没找到ciubeijing@state.gov这个邮箱，就发的是 support-china@ustraveldocs.com。
回复很快，就一天就回复了，不过除了前两句话之外，其他都感觉是模版。。。。 也许前两句也是模版。。。

Thank you for writing to the US Visa Services Desk.
We understand that you would like to check your passport status.

Your case is still in process and the passport is not ready for delivery. Please track your passport at a later date, and/or wait for another notification once there is an update on the case. Also, please be advised that an email will be sent to applicants informing them that the passport is ready for pick up at CITIC office or will be delivered to your home/office address. However, all applicants should be aware visa processing time may vary due to individual circumstances and other special requirements.

我跟你是完全一样的情况，只是我是1.13面签的，最新的状态一直显示的是1.14。请问你知道原因了嘛？

hi你好，网上很多说是改了说法，以前的ap改名字了。你可以在签证板块看看。很多。
