挂一个租房骗子Linda Cui

那个联系邮箱我只在地里挂着用，发过租房广告，今天这个人邮件我，第一封我还没反应过来，到第二封就觉得不对了查了一下这个邮箱，果然查到一个别的地方的旧帖子。挂出来让大家小心，骗子最近已经开始在地里搜集信息了。

And I would really want to secure the room before my arrival, More-so, to know if it would be possible for me to pay for the room before my arrival, So I would like to know the total amount of the room per month and the utility included. All this information are very important so that I can submit my proposal to my Uncle. My Uncle will be responsible for all the fees. Please let me know if I could give you any more info that would be helpful for making your decision. I would be glad if you can tell me little about you too.

我也收到了，真可怕

根据我的经验留邮箱会收到一大堆骗子回复，但是留电话就不会。

太可怕了，我也收到一模一样的套路，先是一个+1 8324327046的人发短信联系，然后问我邮箱我就给了，就收到linyixiancu@hotmail.com发的邮件，邮件内容一模一样。
我觉得这姑娘不在美国，嫌麻烦就没有租给她，找借口回绝掉了。还特别惭愧！花了好多心思遣词造句回邮件。。好傻

幸好看到楼主的帖子，谢谢楼楼！
还有这几个链接都很有用，看来这骗子得手不少次，大家也一定要小心，引以为戒！

想起之前在脸书小组里转租的时候也遇到过一样套路的骗子...骗子还冒用了一个学生小姐姐的身份，从她脸书里盗了学生证照片，为了骗取信任...
套路都是先给你假check，然后找理由让你给他钱...比如先给你deposit，顺带给你多一笔费用（比如搬家费），让你到时帮他给搬家费，还说多给你一百刀啥的...

也收到。先是text message，然后要邮件地址。
