邮件内容： I would like to make an admission-only offer (without financial support) to each of you. If you are interested in this offer, please reply to me before April 15 and I will send you a formal offer letter. If you accept the admission-only offer, you will be responsible for paying your own expenses including tuition, student fees, room and board, books and transportation (Tuition and Fee, about $22,000 per year; Room, Board and others, about $15,000 per year). All graduate students are required to have health insurance (about $1,000 per year).
1) Generally, 10 top self-supported students will receive a one-semester tuition waiver in their second year study

(you still need to pay one-hour tuition and fees for the courses you take in the semester);
2) If you plan to study for Ph.D. in the department, you may take the qualifying exam in your second year.
   We may offer one or two TAs for self-supported students if their scores in the qualifying exam rank in the top 5 of all the students who take the exam.

是单纯的分批发了还是group1跟我们待遇不一样😂
