有小伙伴h1b抽签被Mistakenly Denied吗？

今天收到律所（pearl law group）发的news letter， 里面提到今年有h1b的注册被mistakenly denied。律所原文是这样写的：
By March 31st, which concluded the initial registration period, applicants and attorneys reported receiving erroneous messages of duplicate applications. The Duplicate Filings Rule for H-1B petitions states that regardless of the reason, duplicate applications cannot be submitted for the same applicant. Any duplicate discovered in the system is marked as “Denied” and consequently precluded from the H-1B visa lottery. USCIS has yet to announce a cause for the system error and provide an exact number for the number of applications affected. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide additional information

我本人没有碰到这种情况，最近在地里似乎也没有看到有小伙伴report这件事，所以看到这个消息还蛮吃惊的，也为真的碰到这种的人感到同情和不甘吧。如果这件事情属实的话，不知道uscis会如何处理。

之前看到论坛里有个帖子是说莫名被deny的，当时我也很紧张因为我律师重新提交了两次。
