(b)  The suspension and limitation on entry pursuant to section 1 of this proclamation shall not apply to:

(i)     any lawful permanent resident of the United States;
。。。

所以现在绿卡在排期的，都得延迟至少两个月才能拿到绿卡？

不影响h1b 和f1.  Immigrants是大scope. 看到其他公众号这么解读的。

学生签证是nonimmigrant visa. H1b也是，这两者应该是都能进的. 禁的是immigrant visa. 行政令里说了，因为拿到绿卡之后所有工作都能做了，抢走了没有college degree和disable的工作，所以才禁的。

有道理 前提是immigrant. 所有仅持non-immigrant Visa的人应该都不受影响

这个EO下非移民签证其实已经无法入境了啊，如果还有措施，就是针对境内的了吧，瑟瑟发抖

The president's order will not apply to those who already have valid visas or transit documents, or individuals seeking to enter the country as a medical professional or researcher. It also exempts members of the armed services and those seeking asylum or refugee status.
