Join us in this fun class to learn the foundation-level Chinese dance technique through stretches, jumps, and various floor work. Students Age: 6-12

周五3:15pm-4:00pm 少儿民族舞-傣族

Join us in this beginning level dance class to learn the beautiful Dai dance that characterizes colorful movements and elegant poses. Students age: 8-14

Join us in this open-level wellness class focusing on the control of the core muscle groups as well as body coordination. Additionally, simple breathing methods will be introduced. Students age: Adult

周五7:15pm-8:00pm 中国古典舞

Join us in this open-level dance class focusing on the introduction to the fundamentals of Chinese classical dance, which include but not limited to the breathing technique, postures and movements, traditional aesthetics and emotional expression. Students age: Adult
