然后上面这段这是dhs官方的sevis guidance里面的，没有在你90天失业期到达的时候terminate你的status让它数到了97其实应该是dhs的锅

然而下一句又说
A student may be denied future immigration benefits that rely on the
student’s valid F-1 status if DHS determines that the student exceeded the
limitations on unemployment
估计就是你的oiss表达的意思的出处

所以试试看能不能data fix然后保留好出入境证明吧。。

对h1b的影响不太清楚，不过以我目前申绿卡的经验看，逾期滞留只要不超过180天，对雇佣类绿卡的申请者是可以 ...

180天是之前奥巴马政府的宽容政策，现在USCIS在绿卡审核的时候有自由裁量权，不一定会遵守。
