三个部分，先go through resume，14leadership principals，然后stat&ML，最后coding（Python），Q&A
1.lp：tell me a time that has a goal that is hard to achieve？what do you learn from that? （hr和我说是考deliver results）
2.resume：关于resume 的project 很详细的问，遇到什么问题，data是啥样的，怎么解决的，最后结果如何
3.stat & ML：我以为会问ds的问题，结果问的都是a/b testing，causal inference，two sample test, how to decide the time period of the test（没啥abtest 的经验，所以特别懵——）
4.coding（Python）：word count 给你一个string 是一句话，然后 count每一个词出现的次数，写个function，然后如果有大小写咋办，如果有标点符号咋办
5.Q&A
