请教：statement of funding是让写什么？

准备申请的一个学校要求写个 statement of funding。
“A short statement of funding
A short statement of funding indicating the applicant's source of funding and/or what efforts are being made to secure funding. Please indicate whether you require funding. Full funding for 2007-2008 ($19,400) of full-time Stream II MSc students is our goal. In some cases, supervisors can provide a full stipend, in other instances, this may not be possible. Please indicate under what conditions you will work with a supervisor:
I am only interested in working with a supervisor who can provide a full stipend
I will consider working with a supervisor even if they can provide a partial stipend
I will consider working with a supervisor even if they cannot provide a stipend”
这个是让写什么内容的？怎么写？请教各位有经验的朋友。谢谢！！

这个就是跟你要财力证明。。。
后面三个问题就是问你是否必须全奖，部分奖还是全自费也可以

这个是不是影响奖学金的申请，如果财力证明比较多钱的话，是不是就很难申请到奖学金了。如果想申请是不是就少说点？谢谢
