房贷利率再创历史新低

受COVID-19病毒再爆发的影响，房贷利率再创历史新低。抵押贷款巨头房地美（Freddi Mac）表示，30年期固定利率抵押贷款的平均利率从上周的3.13%降至3.07%。这是今年美国房贷利率第五次创下新低。房地美首席经济学家Sam Khater在一份声明中表示，今年利率有可能跌破3%。

Mortgage rates fell to their lowest recorded level Thursday, weighed down by fears that the U.S. economy’s recovery will be held back by new coronavirus outbreaks. The average rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell to 3.07% from 3.13% last week, mortgage-finance giant Freddie Mac said. It is the fifth time this year rates on America’s most popular home loan have hit a new low. Sam Khater, chief economist at Freddie Mac, said in a statement:" It is possible rates could fall below 3% this year."  source
