波特兰市长将离开被抗议者盯上的家

自5月25日46岁的黑人男子George Floyd在明尼阿波利斯被警方杀害以来，波特兰已经发生了超过90天的抗议活动，要求进行治安和社会公正的改革。而示威者聚集在波特兰市长Ted Wheeler的公寓楼下，公寓外多次发生抗议活动，要求他辞职。波特兰警方表示，周一有一些人在大楼的墙壁上涂鸦，砸碎窗户，并向里面投掷燃烧物，并逮捕了19人。市长Ted Wheeler已经准备搬离这个公寓，并告诉住在市中心的居民，自己找到新家就搬离此处，周围居民们也会更加安全些。

Since George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, was killed by the police in Minneapolis on May 25th, more than 90 days of protests have taken place in Portland, demanding reforms of public order and social justice. The demonstrators gathered under the apartment of Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler. There were many protests outside the apartment, demanding his resignation. Portland police said that some people graffiti on the walls of the building on Monday, smashed windows, and threw burning objects inside, and arrested 19 people. Mayor Ted Wheeler has already prepared to move out of this apartment and told residents living in the city center that if they find a new home and move out, the residents will be safer.  source
