Moderna预计2020年底生产2000万剂新冠疫苗

Moderna周五表示，它有望在今年年底前生产2000万剂实验性新冠疫苗，同时在2021年有准备5亿至10亿剂疫苗的目标。截至周三，Moderna公司在其后期研究中，在计划的3万名参与者中，已经招募了25296名参与者。该公司也正在与瑞士的Lonza集团和西班牙的Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Rovi合作，在美国以外的地区生产该疫苗。Moderna公司CEO本周早些时候对路透社表示，如果其疫苗被证明至少有70%的有效性，该公司计划为其疫苗在高危人群中的使用申请紧急授权。而Moderna公司也与美国达成了1亿剂的疫苗供应协议。

Moderna said on Friday that it is expected to produce 20 million doses of experimental coronavirus vaccine by the end of this year, and has a goal of preparing 500 million to 1 billion doses of vaccine in 2021. As of Wednesday, Moderna has recruited 25,296 participants out of the planned 30,000 participants in its later research. The company is also working with Switzerland's Lonza Group and Spain's Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Rovi to produce the vaccine outside the U.S.. The CEO of Moderna told Reuters earlier this week that if its vaccine is proven to be at least 70% effective, the company plans to apply for emergency authorization for its vaccine to be used in high-risk groups.
