通过schooldigger寻找西雅图东区的好学区

最近东区的房价涨的太快，但是理性分析学区的贴子不是很多，所以鄙人想抛砖引玉，借这个帖子跟大家讨论一下。
首先来个免责生命：1，本帖子旨在提出一个方向，是非对错还忘各位看官各抒己见。2， 房子不能唯学区轮，要考虑的因素太多太多，好的学区也不一定能卖出好的价钱。3， 本文只是侧重教学质量，一个学校要考虑的因素很多，并不是教学质量好一定就是好学校。4，以下讨论大部分针对公立学校。

下面我们开始：

一般来说在北美，了解一所学校，或者横向对比一组学校，有三个网站可以参考:

https://www.niche.com/
https://www.schooldigger.com/

第一个就是大名鼎鼎的greatschools，redfin的数据大部分也是出自这个网站。这也是我为什么想要引出此贴的原因。因为这个网站的评分太有迷惑性了：他最近几年引入了一个我个人不是很认同的评分标准，Diversity。
当然diversity的高低每个人都有每个人的观点，我个人也并不是觉得diversity完全没有参考价值。我只是觉得，这个标准的引入给人了一些误导，下面推出schooldigger评分之后，就可以看出来这些误导的具体情况。
第二个niche，感觉和greatschools的标准差不多，掠过。“Niche对学校的评级考虑的主要因素有：学术，教师情况，文化多样性，资源，课外活动等。Niche很有特色的一点在评级时也考虑了Niche上学生/家长对学校的反馈(5%~10%)。举个极端的例子，如果很多学生都在Niche上抱怨学校作业太多，那么学校的评级有可能因此会被影响”。 引自： https://kuaibao.qq.com/s/20190112G02EKX00?refer=spider
第三个没有见到地里太多提到，但是很多经纪和资深买家都很看重，也是本文要重点介绍的。

那我们看看schooldigger都有什么信息：
1， 也是最重要，最直观的：Schooldigger提供基于标准化考试成绩的学校历年排名。
这也是schooldigger排名的唯一标准。也为各位家长提供了最直观，最纯粹的信息。当然，我们不能唯成绩论，只是如果看中成绩的家长如果想有一个详细的参考，这是一个非常重要必不可少的数据。
当然每年的排名是变化的，schooldigger提供最近15年的考试排名情况供大家参考，各位家长可以根据自身要求根据最近几年的综合成绩评定一个学校。
2，他也侧面提供其他的数据，比如学校覆盖范围，学生族裔的比例，免费餐，师生比，家长评价等等。

如果想了解30名之后或者前几年的排名，可以去shcooldigger网站查询。
通过以上数据，我们发现：

1，有几个学校虽然redfin上面的评分不高，但是都是成绩非常好的学校。
总体来说，西雅图东区的学校平均在华州都是顶尖的的。

2，天才班：
对于bellevue学区，最要讨论的就是天才班。
bellevue学区的天才班隶属学校：
1，小学：madina， sommerset， cherrycrest，spiritridge
2，初中： tylee， odle
3，高中：interlake
bellevue是唯一在高中设有天才班的学区，如果学生考入天才班，那么就没有学区的限制了。

3， 其他：
Somerset的小初高都排在全州前六。
美色岛排名最高的是lakeridge，对，就是最南面的那一所。
kirkland的初中非常好。
redmond最近排名上升很快。
Sammamish综合水平非常高，有很多学区小初高都在前30。

买房子不能唯学区论，学区不如意的房子可以弥补：1， 可以努力考入天才班，2， 可以考虑私立和教会学校。
但是治安，地理位置，通勤这些不能弥补。

052学区就那么回事，族裔还便某民族。但主要还是便宜。同样房子在052是1m，放在033就是1.5m起
我倒觉得，不在乎族裔的，去岛上买是不错的。今年岛上涨幅落后033 004

又不是和中国一样，高分就能上好大学。

事实是亚裔比例高的学校更受家长追捧，一是学的东西扎实，不会像其他学校放羊，二是娃在里面更容易合群，不会被歧视，被其他族裔bully，孤立，身心健康也很重要啊

在虾图东区看房已经一年多了，对redfin上的评分深恶痛绝，比如odle middleschool，华州排名17，在redin上7分，都不是绿色的。
Cherry Crest 排名第二的小学，redfin上才8分。
所以一定要稍微做点功课，不能光看了评分好就去买，或者看了评分不好就排除一些好房子。

我一般看三样学生族裔的比例，免费餐率，学习分数。这也就解释了为啥somerest，Medina，clyde hill那么火。如果不考虑族裔，美色岛，033 kirkland是不错的。如果不考虑交通，萨马米西学区。
除了上面那些区，剩下的就是要么小学好，高中不好。要么高中好，小学不好。
不过呢，小学很长，没必要想那么远，选好小学就足够了。

对，这三个因素很重要，非常同意。
小学时间长，很重要，高中初中不能尽善尽美。

somerset 是好学校，可惜族裔比例太失衡了，内卷化太严重。
Medina, Clyde hill有钱就上。
最近抢的多的是033，006，052学区不错且价格比较友善的区。
