Our Headquarter is located in Cerritos/Norwalk, CA, and we have 6 Distribution Centers strategically located throughout the continental U.S. servicing various retail channels across the U.S. and South/Central America.

Job description:
• Review & reconcile tax accounts and provide activity analysis.
• Prepare tax journal entries, including month-end closing entries as required.
• Prepare sales tax work paper and the associated filing/payment.
• Review annual income tax and verify with CPA's report
• Support audits and gather information in response to related parties
• Research all tax/accounting related regulations associated with CPA in response to governmental inquires
• Works collaboratively across departments involving accounting related issues
• Regularly recommends practical process improvement to elevate accuracy, timeliness and efficiency
• Maintain fixed assets on a tax basis
· In charge of accounts receivable and deduction
· Additional accounting related issues

Qualifications:
• Tax Accounting work experience is a must
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Organization skills with attention to detail
• Capability to learn new systems and process information quickly
• Proficiency at Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Active CPA license is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Major required
