问下有关OPT号段的问题

大家好！我的OPT申请9月20号就寄到了，但是到现在还没有回复，仍然是“case was received”的状态。。。

我在OPTTimeline 上面查号段的结果是：

Your status in OPT-Timeline's database is "Received". Your receipt date is Wed Sep/30/2020.
42 cases in the 100 case range of YSC2190008300-YSC2190008400 have been approved till now. 1 cases are still pending. Last approval date was Tue Dec/8/2020.

为什么100个case range里面只处理了42个呢？我明明提交的很早。。。而且为什么上一次有人被approve还是12月8号呢？剩下的case不管了吗？
