PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Accountable for managing various important financial aspects of our business including subscription, contracts, payments, vendors, payroll, expense, benefit.
• Regular financial reporting, revenue tracking, financial forecast and expense reconciliation.
• Work with external CPA firm on taxes and other financial issues
• Manages tasks related to office supply, facility, audit, compliance.
• Use data analytics to gain insight around marketing, sales and service and other area. Provide actionable business intelligence to various business partners that helps improve business performance.
• Support business logistics including conferences and other business activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting/operation
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
