Hello, my name is XXX, an applicant to your department. Do you have any paper document requirement which should be mail to your department for online admission application? I was wondering whether I should mail my transcripts, degree certificate or other paper document like personal statement or Curriculum Vitae to your department?

In addition, I noticed a clause in application instruction that Chinese applicants are encouraged to request China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) to send all required paper document to your department directly. I was wondering whether this clause applies to your department and it is compulsory or not?

Thank you for your email. No forms need to be sent to ECE. The admissions materials you submit online with the Graduate Admissions Office is viewable by our department, and used for the evaluation. We process paperless applications. If admission is offered, you’ll need to submit the original final transcript prior to enrollment, but that goes to the Graduate Admission Office.

ECE doesn’t use duplicate materials received.
