求助：请问有人收到过或者了解irs发的CP503 notice吗？

今天收到了irs的信，noitce name是cp503，就一句话“we recently contacted you about your past due 2019 taxes. You must apy your balance immeidiately."
我查了一下，说是在cp503之前应该会有第一次通知是cp501，但是我从来没收到过这个notice，也查了一下自己的报税记录，19年补缴的税7/15/2020那天也收走了，现在要我交的这部分是说我少交了吗？另外报2019年税的时候用的是1040nrez，但是给我的notice上说让我在网上付款时候选择apply payment to: 1040nr。

请教一下是否有人遇到过类似的情况，或者有没有专业人士解释一下这个owe的部分是什么，可以argue吗？试着打了几个电话，完全不行。。。。。。

* The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040.
* The first question the automated system will ask you is to choose your language.
* Once you’ve set your language, do NOT choose Option 1 (regarding refund info). Choose option 2 for “Personal Income Tax” instead.
* Next, press 1 for “form, tax history, or payment”.
* Next, press 3 “for all other questions.”
* Next, press 2 “for all other questions.”
* When the system asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, do NOT enter anything.
* After it asks twice, you will be prompted with another menu.
* Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
* Finally, press 4 for all other inquiries. The system should then transfer you to an agent

我撥的是信上留的800-829-0922這個電話，是上午ba點左右打的，但是一直說是"currently closed"，可我看應該是7點就OPEN了呀，我按照你這個步驟再試試看。
