为什么我寄了材料UTD还要让我寄材料呀？

今天收到的邮件
Thank you for your application to the Computer Science program at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas). This letter is to inform you that your application materials are currently incomplete.
Official transcripts must be mailed directly from the sending institution or delivered in a sealed envelope with the registrar's signature on the back of the envelope.
然后邮件里就让我去检查status，结果是所有材料都没到，半个月前寄了的，查fedex都签收了的。并且系统里还有以下内容
       
Enrollment Hold: Admissions

Reason and Contact
Description: University of Texas at Dallas
Start Term 2014 Fall
.--Start Date 2013/12/19
Reason: Application fee required
Department:

好像是说我没交申请费，但是我是交了的呀，如果我没交申请费申请材料也根本不能提交啊~有谁遇到过这种情况没，怎么办呀？

楼主有没有物流的截图？跟他们argue一下

我昨天也收到了一样的邮件，已经写信问他了，还没回复。

和楼主一样的情况

楼主没收到要求寄degree diploma的邮件么？为什么我的邮件里面还要这个。。。

是这个邮箱。可能周末，现在都没回复。
状态是Under review，我还以为早就开始审了呢。

嗯，我也去试试，但是不太抱希望，感觉UTD这学校admin好水啊，从网申就看出来了

据说这是UTD系统的自动通知，不用管的。我也收到了，晚上8点多，减去时差，根本不是人家的工作时间，所以我也觉得不用管！加油
