PhD套辞回复分析

收到了教授这样的回复，请问这算是positive的吗？这样写看起来是因为强commitee制度，但好像听说如果教授看上的话就算强committee也可以捞人…
求各位分析一下下一步应该怎么做啊，看一下lab和教授具体的研究内容然后约meeting吗

感谢！看了一下好像确实，应该是先回复了自己感兴趣的但是之后再做决定吧

简单地说这样的模板回复发一封只要两分钟，甚至有可能是看到套磁就随手贴了回复过去；而且就算对你不感兴趣，说些平淡措辞再让你去交网申也不会让他损失什么。
所以大可不必提前猜测教授的态度，总之网申先交，之后等着面试就好。不要像我以前一样，教授说点啥好的就感激涕零，到最后希望越大失望越大。

因为外国人一般喜欢用夸张的词语。只是一个 good 连 great 都不用，真的是任何情绪成本都没有的。

感觉只是一个措辞比较正面的模板回复。文中并没有使用一些特别的词语，用词较为平淡，也没有出现对你的情况的具体评价而只是泛泛的“a good match”、“encourage you to apply”，据此可以判断是模板。
总之先提交网申，等提交之后可以再跟进一下。

两种可能吧
1.确实是强Commette
2.导师觉得你还不错，但是想等最后再做决定。

我觉得是等你被program录取之后再考虑你的意思吧
