1. 【第一个扣分点】 - 关于时效：地里很多人都说了赶时间不要找他，是的。主要是地里面很多网红editor都out of office。他晚了三天，我在第二天催了他然后放任自流（因为我不是很急）。
2. 关于文书内容：
（1）总体上修改的非常好，因为我是在写的太差了。我的整体写作方式是typical中国学生弯弯绕绕不说重点的，他went through a hard time on reading。他一段一段看给评价，尝试理解每一段在干什么，这点很好。
（2）【第二个扣分点】 - 行文风格变通顺了，但是没有特别passion 和 convincing，在我看来没有strong verb；而且他没有对“你有没有完美回应学校的PS问题”进行反馈，会继续找别人改。
3. 关于说话风格：很多人说他很凶，是的，不过我可能天生有点抖那啥，他这种不会伤害到我。如果申请季情绪脆弱不建议找他。他的mean和harsh有理有据，给了我很多帮助，而且说的很好，我本人对自己认知就是应试英语受害者。

First, I can tell that you are very smart. VERY smart.
I don't want to sound harsh or mean, I just want you to succeed, to the greatest extent possible.
So here is the comment: Right now, reading your essay, it's clear -- your English is not good enough.
You are very smart -- but your English is going to hold you back, until you fix it.
This is my advice to you:
Work very hard on your English *for one year* -- doing this will change your life.
No more watching TV and movies in your native language, no more magazines and books in your native language. These things are killing you.
Really WORK on your English -- then, you will be able to show people the superstar inside of you.
Your First Step: buy the DVD of the first season of the TV show, "Friends". Watch all of it, **with the English subtitles showing**. That's right -- English voices, and English writing, at the same time. Read every word, and listen.
Also, stop reading books and magazines in your native language. Instead: English.
And stop talking only with your comfortable friends in your native language every day. Speak and write English. Only English.
All of this, for 1 year.
If you do this, you will be a changed person after 1 year. Your whole school experience, and your whole work career -- literally your entire life -- will **massively** improve.
If you take my advice, I believe that when you are 55 or 60, you will come find me, and give me a $500 bottle of wine.
